1/2 large tomato or whole smaller one
1 large carrot or 2 medium
1 large stalk celery or several smaller stalks
2 leaves Romaine lettuce
1 small handful of spinage leaves
1/4 of raw small beet, peeled
1/2 cucumber, peeled
1 large apple or 2 small apples

Usining a Jack LaLane Juicer add all ingredients one at a time. Cut the vegetables to a size to fit the shoot of the juicer. Makes 2 cups and I drink it all for breakfast.
