2 Cups Milk
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 square Margarine
1/2 cup four
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Coconut
dash salt
4 eggs
1 tsp Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In BLENDER: dissolve milk and sugar. Add softened margarine. Add flour, Vanilla, Coconut, salt, eggs and nutmeg---by just turning blender on and off until this is barely mixed.
Pour into 2 pie pans--no pie crusts....
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
