6 cups quartered unpeeled small red potatoes
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 T Stone ground mustard
8 slices bacon, crisply cooked & crumbled
5 chopped olives
1/4 cup chopped chives or sliced green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Add potatoes to cold water and cook 14 min. after water startes to boil, potatoes must be tender, drain.
Mix mayonnaise and mustard in large bowl.
Add potatoes, bacon, chives or onion and olives, mix lightly.
Refrigerate
