1/3 cup flour
1/3 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2-2 1/2 lbs round or chuck steak
3 T. shortening
1 14 1/2 oz. can beef broth
1/2 cup barbeque sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1 green pepper diced
1/2 cup stuffed olives, cut in half

Directions:

1. Pound meat with flour, salt & pepper
2. Blend beef broth, water, barbeque sauce &
chili power
3. Pour over meat
4. Cover simmer 1 hour
5. Add green pepper and olives & simmer 1
additonal hour or until tender
