1 small package of gelatin – any flavor.
½ cup boiling water
½ cup cold water
1 cup miniature marshmallows
8 oz. can of crushed pineapple ( do not drain)
½ cup chopped nuts, your choice.
2/3 cup evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a quart bowl dissolve 1 pkg. gelatin (any flavor) in ½ cup of boiling water. Stir in ½ cup cold water. Add 8 marshmallows finely chopped or 1 cup of miniature marshmallows, 8 oz can of crushed pineapple, ½ cup chopped nuts. Place in refrigerator until partially gelled. Whip 2/3 cup of ice cold evaporated milk (can be fat free), in a cold bowl until stiff like egg whites. Fold into gelatin. Chill.
