1 Can of Alaskan pink salmon
1 egg
1/3 C all purpose flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Remove salmon from can and I always remove the skin and all the bones. (Some people leave this in and they disolve). Mash up salmon with a fork and add the egg which has been slightly beaten and the flour and salt and pepper. Should be able to scoop into a nice patty or round ball shape if you prefer. Fry in oil or Crisco until golden.
