White Chocolate Bread Pudding Recipe

Bread Pudding:
¾ loaf crumbled bread
6 c. milk
3 eggs
½ c. dark brown sugar
½ c. white sugar
1 T. vanilla
½ c. melted butter
1 (11-12 oz.) bag white chocolate chips (½ in pudding, ½ for topping)

Topping:
½ bag white chocolate chips
Approximately 1 c. evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble bread in large bowl. Add milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Stir well. Add white chocolate chips and melted butter. Pour into greased 9" X 13" pan and bake at 400ºF for 35 minutes or until slightly brown on top.

Topping:
Melt white chocolate chips in microwave according to bag directions. Stir evaporated milk in with melted chocolate. Add evaporated milk to desired thickness. Pour over warm bread pudding and serve.

Also delicious with dried cranberries & toasted pecans in the bread mixture (1/2 cup of each).
