Directions:
Start by making the cake as directed.
When cake is done and still a little warm mix in icing.
When thoroughly mixed scoop onto wax paper either using cookie scoop or roll by hand.
Put cake balls in freezer for 1 - 2 hours.

Before removing cake balls from freezer start melting chocolate either by double boiler or microwave.
You can add a tbsp of Crisco at a time until a good dipping consistency.
Take cake balls out of freezer and dip in chocolate.
I use a toothpick to control mess.
Place on wax paper until chocolate hardens (or place back in freezer until hard).
I refrigerate mine until gone (which is not long).
Serve alone or with ice cream.
