Bread crumbs
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Parsley
Oregano
White Cooking Wine
Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Season your pork chops to your liking - I just throw a little bit of this and a little bit of that.

Once seasoned, I bread the pork chops (not lightly - seriously bread the #*%& out of them).

Then bake - normally at 350º for about 1/2-1 hour depending on the thickness of your chops.

Then broil (yes, really broil) but not for long. About 10 minutes or so - you need to keep an eye on them.

Then fry (yes, fry) in a pan of already heated Virgin Olive Oil. Just enough to crisp up the outside breading.

Plate and serve (with garish, of course)

So.......yes, you are baking, broiling and frying these pork chops but in the end, they are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.
