1 package frozen chopped spinach, 3 eggs, 3 T. flour, 16 oz. cottage cheese, 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed, 1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted.

Directions:

Thaw spinach in microwave & squeeze & discard all liquid.
Combine remaining ingredients with spinach & pour into a buttered casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350º.
