3 1/2 lb. chicken, cut in 8ths
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs or maizo meal
1/2 bottle low calorie Italian salad
dressing

Directions:

Marinate chicken for 1 hour in salad dressing. Dip in crumbs or meal. Line a
baking sheet completely with tinfoil. Place chicken on foil. Bake at 375 for 1/2 hours or until tender Very crispy outside and juicy inside
