1 top round london broil
8 oz. sour cream
ketchup
1 can Campbells connsemme or beef broth
flour
1/2 stick of butter
1 onion
1 garlic clove

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot melt butter in pot. Dice onions and garlic fry on low in pot until golden brown. Cube London Broil place in baggie, sprinkle enough flour to cover the meat and shake the bag. Put meat in the pot and stir until the outside of the meat is brown. Pour in beef broth, sour cream and ketchup to taste. Stir until blended. Place flame on low cook for at least 3 hours stirring occasionally
