3 cups grated carrots
3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups cooking oil
2 tsp soda
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup nuts
2 cups brown sugar
4 brown eggs
2 tps baking powder
1 1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
mix all ingredients , beat well. pour into12x18 loaf pan . bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or till done. frost with this topping
1lb powdered sugar
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 cup chop pecans
2tps cream

mix all together. spread topping over cake
