1 lg head of garlic
12 C water
4 C chicken broth
4 lbs country ribs
1 t oregano
2 oz dried red chilies
1 1/2 boiling water
1/4 lg white onion
3 t salt
2 20z cans - white homily (bushes)
8-10 corn tortillas
1 1/2 C veg oil

Directions:

Use 8 Qt kettle
Peel garlic (save 2 for chili sauce)
Add to kettle - garlic, water, broth - bring to a boil
Add - pork and boil another 1.5 hours

Soak red chilies in boiling water for 30 min

Cut onion into chunks and then puree chilies, onion, garlic and 2 t salt.

Shred pork and discard bones

Rinse and drain homily

Combine pork, broth, chili mix and homily and cook for 30 minutes

Serve with tortillas and garnish with avacado, sour cream
