3 Cups Cooked Rice
1/4 Cup Salad Olives
1/4 Cup chopped green peppers
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup pimentos
1 1/2 cup salad shrimp
3 TLB Mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
Optional: Sprinkling dill weed

Directions:

Stir all together. Fold in Mayonnaise to cover. Salt & Pepper to taste. Chill several hours or overnight.
