1 tsp. Parsley
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs (unflavored)
1/4 cup Romano grated cheese
4 eggs
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 lb of ground beef
1 lb ground pork, veal and beef mix
(or 2 lbs. of ground beef)
Optional - 1 fresh garlic clove finely chopped

Directions:

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl, add salt, pepper to taste. Roll to your liking. Preheat oil in frying pan, browning the outside of the meatball. Remove setting on a plate with a paper towel to soak up the grease, then place in sauce and let cook for one hour.
