(1) Garlic Clove
(1) Onion
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregno
1 Bay Leaf
1 Heaping tblspn. basil or sweet basil
Salt, pepper and sugar
1 Can Progresso Tomato Puree
1 Can Progresso Crushed Tomatoes
2 cans Contadina Italian Herbs tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
Place enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan
Chop onion and sautee until golden brown with garlic clove (cut in half)
Pour in Puree, Tomatoes and paste
Fill Puree Can with Water, if sauce is to thick later add more water
Add bay leaf, parlsey, oregano, basil
Add salt, pepper and sugar to taste
Let cook on low for at least 3 hours
