Ground Sirloin beef
1 egg
handful of grated cheese
Italian parsley chopped
2-3 cloves garlic chopped
salt & pepper to taste
3-4 slices salami
3-4 Slices provolone cheese
1-2 Hard-boiled eggs sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, egg, garlic, grated cheese and parsley together. Take half of the mixture and place in a loaf pan. Place the salami on top of the meat mixture (the slices should overlap). Do the same for the Provolone. Place sliced eggs on top of Provolone and place the remaining meat mixture on top. Bake at 375F until done.
