2 c. strongly brewed coffee
3/4 c. skim milk (or half and half)
2 T. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cocoa powder

Directions:
Directions:
Add coffee, milk, sugar and cocoa to blender. Process until smooth. Pour over ice and serve immediately, or refrigerate, stir well and serve.
Tastes best with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
