1 lb.+ Chicken Livers
6-7 yellow onions (depending how big they are)
6-8 Hard Boiled Eggs (Cooled)
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop up eggs (preferably with an egg slicer/both ways) and put aside.
2. Cut the chicken livers into small pieces.
3. Sautee the onions in canola oil.
4. When the onions are starting to turn opaque, add the chicken livers. Sautee until the onions are done, and the chicken livers are cooked through.
5. Put the liver/onion mix and eggs into cuisinart. Add salt & pepper to taste.
6. Refrigerate overnight.
