1 pkg 8ct crescent rolls 1lb pork sausage/ bacon/ ham 16oz bag hash browns (refrig) 6-8 eggs 1/2c milk Salt & pepper onion & green pepper (optional) grated cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 375º. Spray a 9 x13 pan with Pam. Line with rolls, spreading them out. Brown sausage, drain off juice. Spread sausage on rolls. Put veggies over the sausage. Spread hash browns on top. Beat eggs, salt & pepper. Pour over hash browns. Put cheese on top. Bake 30-45min or until knife comes out clean.
