1 1/2 c cooked rice
2 c milk, divided
1/3 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c raisins
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
dash of nutmeg and cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice, 1 1/2 c milk, sugar and salt in heavy sauce pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thick and creamy. 15-20 minutes. Blend remaining 1/2 cup milk and egg. Stir into rice. Add raisins. Cook 2 minutes longer, stirring constantly. Add butter and vanilla.
