Ingredients:
water
1 whole chicken with skin (pieces of chicken will work if it has the skin)
1 onion
3 c. rice (not instant)
Accent Seasoning Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put the chicken in the pan. Add enough water that the chicken is covered. Add a couple dashes of seasoning salt. Cover and cook on medium-high. Once chicken is cooked thoroughly (outer and inner layer is white) and pulls easily from the bone, remove chicken and add the rice. While rice is cooking, run chicken under cold water or let it cool off. Throw away the chicken skin. Remove the chicken meat from the bone (in bit size pieces). After rice is cooked, add chicken back into the pan. Cover and let simmer for 15-20 minutes or until you can't handle the yummy smell any longer. Season with a couple more dashes of seasoning salt and pepper.

This makes great left overs, however, because of the grease from the skin you will have a layer of grease on top that will diminish after heating-up.
