1 tube (8 oz) crescent rolls
4 slices thinly-sliced deli ham
1/2 cup packed fresh spinach
1/3 cup garlic and herb cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Separate crescent dough into four rectangles; seal perforations.

Spread cream cheese over each rectangle to within 1/4 inch of edges; top with ham and spinach.

Roll up each rectangle jelly-roll style, starting with a short side; pinch seams to seal. Cut each into six slices.

Place the slices cut side down on greased baking sheets. Bake at 400º for 8-10 minutes. Serve warm.

I make these as a snack for birthdays, dinner parties, you name it. They're gone before the costume contest starts at our annual Halloween/Barb's birthday party. We also love to play with the ingredients, and make a pepperoni pizza version with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni as the layered ingredients.
