1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1/4 tsp. kosher or sea salt
2 tbsp. finely chopped spring onions (green part only)
1 tbsp balsalmic vinegar
2 tsp. walnut or olive oil
1/4 tsp. fresh-chopped rosemary
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
pinch of white pepper
48 round pastry shells (delicate, find in frozen food section)
1/2 cup toasted walnuts or almonds, chopped
8 oz. brie or chevre (goat cheese).
Remove rind of brie if you use it.

1. Preheat oven to 300.º
2. Place grapes and salt in food processor or chop by hand until grapes are coarsely chopped. Transfer to strainer and let drain while you prepare remainder of filling.
3. Mix green onion, vinegar, oil, rosemary, garlic and pepper in bowl. Add grapes and mix well.
4. To assemble: Arrange shells on baking sheet and fill each with 1/2 tsp. toasted walnuts or almonds, 1/2 tsp. brie or goat's cheese, and 1/2 tsp. grapes (ue fork so grapes are not too wet).
5. Bake until the cheese starts to melt, only about 5 minutes.
