1 lb cubed venison
1/4 c butter
1/2 c onion
1 can consomme
1 clove garlic, minced
2 small cans mushrooms
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 c burgundy wine
1 c sour cream
wild rice or egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Coat venison cubes with flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Brown cubes in butter with onions and garlic over med heat. Add mushrooms. Add lemon juice, wine and consomme. Simmer for 15 minutes; add sour cream. Cover and keep warm on extremely low heat (Don't simmer) another 15 minutes. Serve over wild rice or noodles
