2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp.baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed banana (about 2-3 very ripe ones)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sour milk
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. chocolate chips

To make sour milk add 1-2 tbl. vinegar to milk and let sit while mixing everything else. Milk will curdle.
Mix dry ingredients together. Add banana, eggs, sour milk and butter. Mix together Add nuts and chips. Pour into 3 small loaf pans, greased
Bake 350 degrees 40 - 50 minutes, until knife inserted comes up clean.
