Sift together:
1-3/4 c flour
1 tsp soda
1/4 salt

Cream together:
1/2 c butter
1/2 c peanut butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar

Add:
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Beat wet ingredients well. Blend in dry ingredients gradually. Shape info balls. Roll balls in sugar and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and place a kiss on top of each cookie, pressing down so cookie cracks around the edge. Return to oven and bake additional 2-5 minutes or until golden brown.
