4 medium applies, cut in chunks
1 stalk celery
1/4 cup toasted walnuts

Dressing:
1/3 cup crumbled bleu cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup yogurt
Juice from half a lemon
Honey to taste (approximately 1 T.)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Serve cold on fresh crisp greens.
