1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 T. cider vinegar
1 T. snipped parsley
1 T. snipped green onions with tops
1 small clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place mayonnaise and buttermilk in a plastic container with a tight-fitting lid. Cover and shake until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and shake until well combined.
