1 Head Chopped Lettuce
1 Cup diced celery
1 Chopped onion
1 Can sliced water chestnuts
1 Box frozen peas (thawed & uncooked)
1 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 TLB Sugar
1/2 lb. Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first five ingredients. Toss lightly. Spread Mayonnaise on top. Sprinkle with sugar, top with cheese and cover tightly and refrigerate over night.
