2/3 Cup Vinegar
2/3 Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 envelope Knox gelatin dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water
2/3 cup Salad Oil
1 Cup Whipping Cream
1 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1/4 cup Sugar
1 Head shredded Cabbage
Optional: shredded carrots, peppers and green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Add dissolved Knox gelatin. Cool to set up (Until it wiggles) Whip. Add salad oil and whip until light and fluffy. Add the Whipping cream, Miracle Whip and sugar. Continue beating until all ingredients are well mixed. Pour over shredded cabbage and let set for 24 hours. Serve and enjoy.

I made 4 batches of this recipe for the 100th year Anniversary of the settlement of Teasdale in July, 1984. It was a memorable celebration.
