2 1/2 hamburger cooked and drained
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp salt - pepper
2- 8 oz cans tomato sauce
2- 6 oz cans tomato paste
3 c water
2 c cooked rice
2 pkg Frito Lay corn chips
1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
2 can black olives
chopped onions
chopped lettuce
3 tomatoes chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Put beef in crock pot and add chili powder, oregano, sugar, garlic, salt, tomato sauce, tomato paste and water. Simmer for 2 hours. Before serving add 2 c cooked rice.
Place corn chip on plate. Top with meat-rice-cheese and other toppings.
