BBQ Roasted Salmon Recipe

Rub: Marinade
2 T brown sugar 1/4 pineapple juice
4 t chili powder 2 T fresh lemon
2 t grated lemon rind 4 (6oz) salmon fillets
3/4 t salt
1/4 t ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients in a zip lock bag and refrigerate 1 hour - turning occasionally.
Remove fillets from marinade and discard bag and marinade. Combine rub ingredients. Rub over fish. Place in sprayed baking dish or grill and bake at 400 or grill for 15 minutes turning once.
Serve with lemon slices.
