1 - 13 oz can evaporated milk
3/4 c margarine
2/3 c sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp salt
3 pkgs yeast
7 c flour or more

Directions:
Directions:
Add enough water to evaporated milk to make 1 quart of liquid. Heat in heavy sauce pan with the margarine and sugar until lukewarm. Add eggs, which have been beaten, salt, yeast, and enough flour to make dough that forms a ball. Knead dough about 10 minutes. Grease and cover and let rise in a warm place until double in bulk. Turn out on floured surface and shape into buns, rolls, etc. Let rise again. Bake at 375º about 10-12 minutes for buns or 15-20 minutes for cinnamon rolls.
