Bake crust first until golden brown in 8 pie pan
1 c. 6oz. package semi sweet chocolate pieces
1/3 c sugar
1/3 c half & half
2 tbs. butter
tsp vanilla
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
In top of a double boiler over boiling water add chocolate pieces sugar cream and water. Stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Cool completely. Blend in vanilla and egg yolks one at a time beating well after each egg. Beet eggs white until stiff but not dry. Fold into chocolate mixture combining toughly. Spoon the mixture into cooled baked pie shell. Chill for 3 to 4 hours or until firm
