4 Cans Condensed cram of Celery Soup
4 Cans Condensed cream of Chicken soup
2 pounds process American Cheese, cubed
4 Cups sour cream
1 1/2 cups butter
4 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp pepper
20 pounds potatoes, peeled, cubed, and cooked
40 Club crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes with skins on. Cool in frig overnight. Peel potatoes next morning. In a large pot, combine first 8 ingredients, heating & stirring until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Add cubed potatoes and mix well. Grease four 9 x 13 pans and fill with potato mixture. Bake uncovered at 350º for one hour. Speinkle top with crushed crackers that have been tossed with 1/3 cup melted butter and bake 20 minutes longer or until lightly browned.
