16 oz. canned salmon (do not drain) (remove skin)
6 oz. quick cooking oats
3 oz. (light) sharp cheddar cheese-grated
10 oz. can fat-free cream of mushroom soup
1 C light margarine - melted
c. each onion and celery chopped
tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour into sprayed 1 qt. baking dish.
Bake 350 for 30 minutes. Divide into 8 servings. Counts as 2 points each. Freeze
leftovers in individual servings.
