1/2 c melted butter
3/4 c roasted sunflower nuts
2 pkgs crushed Ramen noodles
1 c sugar
1/2 c vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 c salad oil
1 head of cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and brown the seeds and noodles in melted butter. Combine vinegar, oil, soy sauce and sugar and blend well. Chop or shred the cabbage depending on your preference. Keep nut mixture, cabbage and dressing mixture separate until right before serving. Toss together and serve.

You may add many variations according to your tastes. green onions, bell peppers, celery, carrots, and slivered almonds or sesame seeds are all tasty substitutions or additions.
