4 or 5 zucchini squashes
2 or 3 strips of bacon
1 onion
2 or 3 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 Large jar of Kraft Cheese Whiz or 1 1/2 lbs of American cheese
1 lb. shrimp
Seasonings (Tony's, Zatarains, etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon in skillet. Keep or discard bacon. SautÚ onion in bacon drippings. Add sliced zucchini and continue to sautÚ. Add shrimp and continue to sautÚ until they are pinkish. Remove the above ingredients and place in whatever you are going to bake it in. (Spray first to prevent sticking). Add Italian breadcrumbs and cheese whiz. Mix well. Season to taste.

Place in oven at 350║F and bake for 1 hour.
