Personal Notes:
I make this recipe for my husband Jim to use for basting ribs and chicken when he does them on his Kamado cooker. He has recently took up cooking as a new hobby and is extremely good at it. His grandkids want him to open a restaurant as they think his ribs are the best in the world. He is now known as Chef Jim to them!
