Yellow Fin Tuna steaks
Black Iron Fajita skillets
Olive oil, Chef Emeril's fish rub, salt & pepper.
Rice, any Veggie, & butter

Directions:
Directions:
First go out to Shell Brutus platform in 3000 ft. of water and catch you a Yellow Fin. After you get home go buy two fajita skillets. Turn the Broiler on 500ºF. Olive oil the skillets and both sides of the tuna steaks. Rub Chef Paul's on the top side and salt and pepper the bottom then broil for 10 minutes. Have the rice and veggie ready before the tuna goes in the oven. When the 7 minutes is up, pull the skillets out, put a serving of rice and veggies with butter on the side of the tuna and pop it back in the oven for 3 minutes. Serve the skillets sizzling!
