4 cups sugar
5 cups flour
1 cup oil
4 cups pumpkin
1 cup raisins
4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cloves
1-1/2 tsp salt
1 T. cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together. Add pumpkin and oil, and beat. Fold in nuts and raisins. Pour into greased and floured bread pans, and bake for 1 hour at 350.

This recipe is from my friend Denise. It makes 3 loaves, or you can make 2 loaves and use the remaining batter to make muffins.
