4 Large Baking potatoes
1lb peeled and deveined shrimp
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup bell pepper
1 pod garlic
1/4 cup green onions
1 cup shredded cheese
1 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Bake Potatoes and set aside
Saute' seasonings in butter until onions are clear and tender. Add shrimp and cook about 3 minutes. Slice the potatoes in half and scoop out the potatoes leaving a little on the skins. Add the potatoes to the seasonings and shrimp mixture. Continue cooking on a very low fire to absorb the liquid. Then refill the potato skins with mixture and garnish with cheese. Bake in oven at 350 until cheese is melted. Serve with garlic bread and salad for a great meal.
