Romaine lettuce
Boston lettuce
1 pint strawberries
Walnuts
1 can mandarin oranges
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese

DRESSING:
1 c. oil
½ c. raspberry vinegar
¾ c. sugar
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. white pepper
½ tsp. paprika
2 garlic cloves (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Break up lettuces. Wash and slice strawberries. Mix together: lettuces, strawberries, mandarin oranges, and walnuts. Shred Monterey Jack cheese and add to mixture.

Dressing can be served on the side.

My daughter, Vicki Brown brought this to our annual Memorial Day weekend. We all loved it and I use it all the time for dinner parties and get raves about it. Surely a family and friends favorite.
