4 1/2 cups water
2 cups uncooked white rice
1 can Pet evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 box raisins
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, bring water to a boil.
Add rice, evaporated milk, sugar, raisins and vanilla.
Continue to cook until rice is done.
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk.
