3 - 4 buttons garlic
1 (3 to 4") piece of celery
½ medium onion
1 (2 oz.) can flat anchovy fillets (maybe take one out and eat it to ensure the dressing is not too strong with anchovy taste)
3 eggs
1 large tsp. Accent
1 tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. curry powder
½ tsp. sugar
¼ c. salad mustard
2 c. salad oil
2 T. lemon juice

Peel & slice garlic, dice onions and celery. Put in blender with all other ingredients except eggs and oil. Blend. Add eggs and blend. Add oil ¼ cup at a time, blending after each addition. Refrigerate. Makes a little less than one quart.
