3 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
7 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 T. canola oil
2/3 c. skim milk
1/2 c. egg substitute
5 medium bananas, mashed
2 c. chocolate chips
nonstick cooking spray

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º. Spray bottoms only of two 9x5x3 loaf pans. Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips; mix in chocolate chips; beat 30 seconds. Pour into pan(s). Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 60-65 minutes. Cool slightly. Loosen sides of lloaf from pan; remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing. To store, wrap and refrigerate no longer than 1 week. May also be wrapped and stored in freezer up to 6 months.

This is one of our families favorite recipies and we wish to share it with you. Also, I enjoy baking it, letting it cool, and spreading peanut butter on it. I recommend it, its really good! Eat up and enjoy!
