2 cans solid white tuna in water, drained
1 c mayo
4 canned artichoke hearts, chopped
2 scallions, chopped, white and green parts
2 tbls chopped cilantro leaves
1 lemon, juiced
6 dashes hot sauce, or to taste
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Mix everything together. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking.

I craving a tuna fish sandwich but did not want to settle for an ordinary tuna fish sandwich, so I found this recipe on the internet. It taste really good. I do suggest starting out with half of a lemon and then add more to your liking.
