1 cup Corn Meal, sifted
1 heaping tbsp Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder, level
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Sugar
1 Egg

Mix ingredients together. Add sufficient water or milk. Bake 20-25 minutes in hot oven.
